Cancellation policy

Regular giving and cancellations

You can give to Happy Trails Animal Shelter once, or choose to give regularly: every week, every 2 weeks or every month.

How regular gifts work

• Your first gift is taken when you complete your donation. After that, the same amount is charged automatically at the frequency you chose, until you stop it.
• Before you confirm, checkout shows the amount and how often you will be charged.
• Each payment goes to the fund or animal you chose. If an appeal is fully funded or no longer needed, later gifts go to the care of other animals in our shelter.

Change or cancel anytime

You can pause, change or cancel your regular gift at any time, with no fees and no minimum period:

• Log in to your account on our website (using the email address you donated with) and manage your gift there, or
• Email support@happytrailsshelter.com and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops all future payments. Payments already made are not refunded, except as described in our Refund Policy (for example a gift made by mistake, reported within 14 days).

One-off gifts

A one-off donation is charged once only. There is nothing to cancel.
