Donations and refunds

Thank you for supporting Happy Trails Animal Shelter. Every donation goes straight to the care of our animals, so donations are generally non-refundable.

Mistakes happen

If you donated by mistake, for example the wrong amount or a gift made twice, email us at support@happytrailsshelter.com within 14 days of your donation with your order number, and we will refund it in full to your original payment method.

Unauthorised payments

If you believe your card was used without your permission, contact us right away and also contact your card provider.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 working days for the money to appear in your account.

Nothing is shipped for a donation, so there is nothing to return.
