Donation details: your name, email address, billing address and the amount you give. Card details are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
Website use: information about how you use our website, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, collected with cookies and similar technologies (see below).

How we use it

To process your donation and send your confirmation and receipt
To answer your questions and handle any refund requests
To keep accurate financial records, as required by law
To send you updates about our animals, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies so the website and checkout work. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how our appeals perform.
